We are a monastery of men following the Rule of St Benedict. Our main activity is worship of God ni the liturgy. We divide our time between prayer and work. We do not engage in direct pastoral work. We welcome visitors who can attend all the services. We also have a guest-house where men and women can stay for a few days of personal retreat.

We meet Seven times a day, we gather in the abbey church all year round.
